Winter Sun - a grapefruit and pomegranate drink for morning

This morning elixir is made with freshly squeezed juices, a raw honey syrup, and sparkling water for a healthy and invigorating start to the day.

- 2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (use unsweetened if bottled)
- ½ oz freshly squeezed pomegranate juice (use unsweetened if bottled)
- ½ oz raw honey syrup (recipe link below)
- lime or lemon wedge (optional)
- sparkling water
Fill a glass with ice. Pour the grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, and honey syrup over the ice.
Stir to chill, then top with sparkling water. Squeeze the lemon or lime wedge over the drink.
Garnish with grapefruit, if desired.
